Aquaestil products can be viewed at authorized retail representatives or in the Aquaestil showroom. Official inquiries, orders and purchases can be made through any authorized retail representatives. Retail representatives are knowledgeable of all the features of Aquaestil products and will provide you with all the information you need.

As a manufacturer, Aquaestil does not have its own retail outlets – instead, sales are conducted through a network of authorized retail representatives. Aquaestil retail representatives will gladly provide you with product prices and other information related to purchasing, payment, and delivery.

Aquaestil provides service support and original parts for all its products through its own service as well as a network of authorized service providers.

If your product is covered by a warranty, you can file a claim with the sales representative from whom you purchased the product.

If the product is no longer covered by a warranty, you can report the problem to an authorized service provider designated for your area, or by e-mailing servis@aquaestil.hr.

Aquaestil shower trays are manufactured from 3 different materials: 100% cast sanitary acrylic, cast marble and Astone composite solid surface material.

Due to the different manufacturing technologies, different materials provide distinct surface characteristics for shower trays.

Acrylic shower trays are characterized by gentle, rounded lines and a perfectly smooth surface that is exceptionally pleasant to the touch. The acrylic material that forms the surface of Aquaestil acrylic shower trays is naturally slip-resistant and offers the highest potential for repair in case of damage.

Cast marble shower trays deliver a distinct impression of surface solidity and boast appealing designs featuring sharp lines. Some Aquaestil cast marble shower trays can be cut either at the factory or independently to fit within specific dimensions.

Shower trays made from Astone composite are distinct for their gentle, silky texture and exceptional sense of solidity they provide.

Each material option presents a specific range of repair options in case of potential surface damage.

The specific dimensions needed for your shower space can be accommodated through the advanced features of the Stone, Stone DeLuxe as well as Tempo and Teso DeLuxe shower tray lines. When ordering a factory-cut shower tray through an authorized Aquaestil retail representative, it is necessary to provide a sketch with the desired dimensions of the shower tray.

For models that allow cutting the shower tray to desired dimensions, it is recommended for cut side of the shower tray to be positioned against the wall. This is because the cut side no longer has the original edge, and the internal structure of the shower tray would be visible after installation if not placed against the wall.

All Aquaestil shower screens are compatible with Aquaestil shower trays.

In the ‘Recommended shower screens’ section, the screens that can be paired with one or more available dimensions of the selected shower tray model are shown.

It is essential to note the diameter and height of the siphon. Siphons compatible with the selected shower tray model are displayed in the ‘Accessories’ section.

For shower trays, you can find technical drawings and installation instructions in the ‘Technical information’ and ‘Documentation’ sections, which include the position of the drain, among other details.

If you’re unable to find a shower tray model that aligns with the drain position in your bathroom, we suggest opting for a shower tray with legs and a panel. This makes the drain position irrelevant, allowing you to bridge the gap with a flexible hose.

For shower screens that offer custom manufacturing to specific measurements, in the ‘General’ section, you will find the label CUSTOM BUILT. Clicking on the label will open a table displaying minimum and maximum possible dimensions for the shower screen.

The specified dimensions for the shower screen relate to installation on a shower tray. The installation dimensions for fitting onto ceramic tiles are different from those for fitting onto a shower tray. When installing the shower screen on a shower tray, it is mounted to the center of the edge, whereas for ceramic tile installation, the edge of the shower space should align with the edge of the shower screen.

When ordering a shower screen for installation on ceramic tiles, it is necessary to provide a simple sketch with accurate measurements of the shower space.

All Aquaestil shower screens are factory-treated with an anti-limescale coating. If you observe a reduced effectiveness of the coating, it is possible to reapply the anti-scale nanocoating.

The use of aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or rough cloths may adversely affect the longevity of the limescale protection coating.

It is important to note that the glass surface must be clean and completely dry before applying the coating. By applying the nanocoating, you provide additional protection to your shower screen against potential contaminants, thereby reducing the maintenance time needed for your bathroom.

At Aquaestil, we believe in long-lasting and sustainable products, further supported by extended warranties on our products. However, in certain cases, wear and tear of individual parts of the shower screen may occur, such as due to intensive long-term use, handling, or other factors.

As manufacturing is based in Europe and aligns with our commitment to creating durable and sustainable products, a significant advantage of the Aquaestil product range is the availability of original spare parts and service for all products, including those no longer in the current lineup. Aquaestil bathtubs are manufactured from 100% cast sanitary acrylic, ensuring durability and providing an exceptionally pleasant touch, ease of cleaning and maintenance, as well as the possibility of repairing the surface in case of eventual damage.

Exceptional in this regard are Aquaestil premium line Titan bathtubs, made from Astone solid surface composite material or cast marble. Astone composite bathtubs present a surface with a gentle silky texture in a matte finish, whereas cast marble bathtubs boast a flawlessly smooth surface with a glossy effect.

Any potential surface damage on Aquaestil cast acrylic bathtubs is not a concern. The original surface condition of the bathtub can be restored through sanding and polishing the surface.

We advise entrusting the repair of any damages to an authorized Aquaestil service representative or a qualified professional.

Retrofitting a massage system is not possible, as the necessary preparations for the massage system must be made during the manufacturing phase of the bathtub.

Elements from different lines of bathroom furniture can be ordered separately and combined with each other. With numerous options available for each individual element, you achieve unlimited design freedom when creating your bathroom space.

Aquaestil bathroom furniture elements come pre-assembled from the factory and undergo thorough quality control before shipping to ensure a flawless user experience with the elements.

Aquaestil washbasins are made from cast marble. Cast or mineral marble is an advanced material composed of natural mineral and stone particles, polyester, and resin. This material is cast into specially designed molds, and each washbasin undergoes meticulous finishing and a Gelcoat treatment to create a surface that is flawlessly glossy and resistant to scratches.

Aquaestil bathroom furniture is primarily designed for wet environments. Precise construction, high-quality craftsmanship, additional processes ensuring water and moisture resistance, meticulous finishing, and rigorous testing of every Aquaestil bathroom furniture line under humid conditions guarantee protection against the effects of moisture and water ingress.

All elements of the Easy Home line are ordered separately. For instance, it is possible to order only the dryer / washing machine stand without the low movable cabinet depicted in the images. Additionally, you can choose from three attractive colors for the body and side panels of the element.

All Easy Home elements designated for the dryer / washing machine are reinforced and structurally engineered to support the weight of household appliances of newer generations. Normal vibrations produced by the appliances during operation will not impact the structure of the element, nor will there be any movement of the appliance on the surface.

Easy Home line elements are designed for humid environments with an extremely sturdy construction, high-quality craftsmanship, and edges sealed with high-quality water-resistant ABS tape, preventing moisture from entering the structure of the elements.

In other words, moisture poses no challenge for Easy Home line elements, nor for Aquaestil bathroom furniture in general.
